RTC First to Join JDA Software Group's Value Added Reseller Initiative

KENNESAW, GA - August 24, 2006 - Retail Technologies Corporation (RTC), a software and services company specializing in the development of retail automation solutions announced that it is the first to join JDA Software Group, a leading global supply and demand chain software provider, in its Value Added Reseller Agreement (VAR) program. The two have signed a reciprocal reseller agreement. RTC will promote, price, sell and implement specific JDA Portfolio™ solutions to retailers under $100 million in sales. Additionally, JDA will market RTC's complementary value-added solutions to its larger retail customers.

The JDA Portfolio solutions that RTC is now authorized to resell include Portfolio Merchandise Management System-I® (MMS™), a host inventory management solution, Performance Analysis by IDEAS®, a business intelligence solution Win/DSS, an in-store system and Portfolio Customer Relationship Management by Affinity® (PCRM®), a customer relationship management application.
