StoreMobile POS Customer Service Gateway
RTC's StoreMobile Customer Service Gateway provides the stores with access to a central switch or corporate databases, using a Microsoft Windows platform, through a Wide Area Network (WAN).
The key to a successful Customer Loyalty Rewards program or Gift Card program is the ability to access the appropriate information from a central database on a real time basis. RTC's StoreMobile Customer Service Gateway provides the stores with real time access to either an internal corporate database or 3rd party database. The stores can retrieve customer loyalty information from the database down to the registers, instantaneously, if there is a WAN in place. The stores can also access a central Gift Card database to activate, add money to, or deduct money from a specific gift card.
RTC's StoreMobile Customer Service Gateway also provides the stores with access to a central switch or direct access to a 3rd party processor for credit/debit/check authorization. The gateway enables the stores to receive approval on these types of transactions within 3-5 seconds over their WAN.
