RTC’s Loss Prevention Analyzer (LPA) provides an easy-to-use, browser based tool to help monitor and eliminate cashier theft through the use of “exception transactions”.
This tool enables the monitoring of cashier activity by interrogating point-of-sale transaction logs and “red flagging” all transactions that could be associated with theft. Campaigns can be set up for auto-apply, not requiring the presentation of a coupon. Campaign set up allows multiple selections of hierarchy, vendor, and item. APM eliminates double discounting by configuring campaigns to provide the item discount only if that item, within the transaction, has not already been discounted.

DMM provides a set of visual gauges to spark management’s attention to potential problem areas and serves as an alternative to MMS’s alert capabilities that utilize advanced logging. DMM also provides a series of business gauges that can highlight areas where action may be required to optimize business results. The module is part of RTC’s MMSxTend Application Suite and is extremely easy to configure and use.
DMM allows authorized users the ability to drill into MMS on a daily basis, see details and address any problems from the indicator gauge. There is no need for staff to produce query reports to identify breakdowns.
DMM provides a quick view and highlights the indicators that fall outside of the customer-defined parameters. Indicators are presented in Green when acceptable, Yellow if within a defined cautionary range, and Red with in high alert range.
