Technical Support Specialist |

Retail Technologies Corporation (RTC) has an immediate opening for a Technical Support Specialist in our Orlando, FL location. This person will be responsible for providing support to RTC clients running our StoreMS POS software. Other responsibilities will include software testing and installation of retail store hardware and networking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing trouble shooting and support for RTC clients.
- Providing Quality Assurance testing services for RTC software.
- Providing implementation services for RTC clients.
Key characteristics desired:
- PC hardware and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft OS and TCP/IP
- High standards of accuracy and aptitude for detail work
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize assignments and multi-task in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter characteristics and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Retail experience is a plus
