Point of Sale Solution - RTC uses innovative development techniques to deliver next generation functionality today, coupled with extensive remote systems management capability. Customer Loyalty Rewards- RTC's Customer Loyalty Rewards (CLR) solution is one of the most robust in the industry. It enables you to generate rewards, real-time, at the POS to ensure instant gratification by your customers. The solution includes a host database and program administration tool, as well as the in-store components that are seamlessly integrated with StoreMS POS. The key to a successful CLR program is developing a corporate strategy that encompasses all of the different areas within the business that may be affected by the program. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing, information systems, network services, operations and accounting. Once the strategy has been developed, RTC's CLR solution can provide the required infrastructure to turn that strategy into reality.

Gift Card Solution -RTC's Gift Card solution enables on-line card activation and validation over a Wide Area Network (WAN) either through the corporate office or a 3rd party processor. The solution includes the in-store component that is seamlessly integrated with StoreMS POS and can also include the host database and administrative tools to enable a retailer to manage their own gift card program and eliminate transactional fees to 3rd parties.

Customer Service Gateway-This gateway software runs on the store server and facilitates the retail stores real-time access to corporate databases or a central financial transaction switch through a WAN. The gateway sends and receives information requested by the POS for Customer Loyalty Rewards and Gift Card transactions, as well as any external databases to which the store registers require access.

Credit/Debit/Check Authorization- RTC offers an in-store credit/debit/check authorization system that is seamlessly integrated with StoreMS POS. The Windows based solution runs on the store server and routes transactions either through dial-up or over a WAN. RTC's solution provides you with the flexibility to directly communicate from the store to your preferred processor or through a central switch. This facilitates a faster check-out process by enabling 3-5 second authorization times at the register.

Dashboard -RTC developers have designed a unique Point-of-Sale and network monitoring solution which enables you to view the health of your entire retail enterprise and take preventive actions to resolve issues before they become problems for your stores. StoreMS Dashboard will immediately increase the integrity and accuracy of your POS data while improving the productivity and efficiencies within your entire retail chain environment.
